Steam bath

The use of steam and steam baths is rooted in traditions from Roman times where steam baths were filled with steam from natural hot springs. At The Well, we have four steam baths.
Exposing yourself to steam can have a very positive effect on cardiovascular health because moist heat can help increase blood circulation in the body. This can result in lower blood pressure and over time, a healthier heart.
Steam also has a very positive effect on the skin because it opens the pores. Additionally, steam is hydrating, so you may find your skin feeling silky smooth after a visit to the steam bath.
