Restaurant Mori
At Restaurant Mori, refined Asian techniques intertwine with the purity of Norwegian ingredients. Each dish is presented on elegant sharing plates, drawing inspiration from the kaiseki tradition. Brasseriet
Brasseriet is a relaxed and welcoming place, perfect for lunch, dinner or simply enjoying a drink. Come as you are, whether you are wearing your bathrobe after a spa visit or regular clothes. We use the word brasserie in its modern sense: a casual setting offering good food and drinks, quality ingredients and something for every occasion.
Our varied international menu features dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world. Choose from pizza and pasta, salads, meat and fish dishes. Everything we serve shares the same focus on quality, fresh ingredients and clean flavours.

Monday - Thursday: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Last seating: 8:30 PM, kitchen closes at 9:00 PM).
Friday - Sunday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Last seating: 8:30 PM, kitchen closes at 9:00 PM).
Biblioteket Bar
Biblioteket bar is the perfect place for a drink, whether alone or in good company. The bar is beautifully decorated with artwork by Ludvig Eikaas, Bruce Weber, Peder Mønsted, Gustav Mordt, and Morten Krogvold.
Biblioteket bar is located just above the hotel reception.
No table reservation required.
