Restaurant Mori
Restaurant Mori is The Well’s modern Asian restaurant, located on the eighth floor, high above the treetops. Here, bold flavours meet warm hospitality, with a menu suited to everything from small plates and drinks to a main course or an evening with Chef’s Choice. The dishes are created to be enjoyed together, whether you are joining us for a date, a celebration or an evening with friends.
Mori is perfect for hotel guests looking to complete their stay, and for spa guests who want to end their day of wellbeing with dinner and views over the treetops. But an evening at Mori does not have to be part of a hotel or spa visit. Join us for a date, dinner with friends or a special occasion. Mori is open to everyone.
The restaurant is located outside the spa. The dress code is smart attire, and bathrobes may not be worn in Mori.

Brasseriet
Brasseriet is our relaxed restaurant located in connection with the spa. Come as you are, whether you are wearing a bathrobe during your spa visit or regular clothes.
The menu offers a varied selection of pizzas, pasta dishes, salads, meat and fish. Everything we serve shares the same focus on quality, fresh ingredients and clean flavours.
Whether you are stopping by for a relaxed lunch during your spa day, dinner or a drink later in the evening, Brasseriet is always a welcoming choice.

Biblioteket Bar
Located just above the hotel reception, Biblioteket Bar is an inviting place to enjoy a drink before or after dinner. The bar features works by artists including Ludvig Eikaas, Bruce Weber, Peder Mønsted, Gustav Mordt and Morten Krogvold.
No table reservation is required.
