When you're at The Well, you can choose to dine at one of our two restaurants: Mori or Brasseriet.

Mori is our high-end restaurant offering an experience you won't find anywhere else. Mori is suitable for occasions that require that little extra, like a celebration or a pleasant gathering with friends or colleagues. For those who have been at the spa, it can be the perfect end to the day (just remember to take off the bathrobe and put on your nicer clothes).

If you prefer a relaxed lunch or dinner, Brasseriet is the perfect restaurant. Here, you can keep your bathrobe on and enjoy good food and drinks. The menu consists of French-inspired temptations.

At the top of the hotel, Restaurant Mori offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding forest, as its name suggests. Head Chef Richard Bocarro and his team craft an exciting menu featuring Asian-inspired flavors and locally-sourced, wild ingredients.

Perfect for communal dining, the "sharing style" plates encourage guests to savor the dishes together.

Brasseriet

Brasseriet, our spa restaurant, is located in our 3rd floor. Brasseriet serves french inspired food, and offers a perfect break in between saunas. Just remember to put your bathrobe on before you enter the restaurant.

The Biblioteket Bar is the perfect place for a drink, whether alone or in good company. The bar is beautifully decorated with artwork by Ludvig Eikaas, Bruce Weber, Peder Mønsted, Gustav Mordt, and Morten Krogvold.

The Biblioteket Bar is located just above the hotel reception. No table reservations necessary.
