The Well is inspired by continental spa and sauna traditions, where natural nudity is considered a normal and respectful part of spa culture. Natural nudity is not about nudism, naturism or sexuality. It simply means that nudity is viewed as a natural, safe and non-sexualised part of the spa experience.
When moving around the spa, guests wear a bathrobe, towel or peshtemal. Our goal is for every guest to feel comfortable, regardless of their personal preference. The Well is not a nudist resort, but a wellness destination built around relaxation, respect and continental bathing traditions.
Every Tuesday is Swimwear Tuesday at The Well. On this day, swimwear is mandatory throughout the entire spa. Many guests choose Tuesdays if they prefer a spa experience with swimwear or if they are visiting The Well for the first time.
A selection of sauna rituals is included in your spa admission. Every day, our experienced sauna masters lead a variety of rituals and experiences designed to enhance your spa visit. The programme changes throughout the week but always includes a selection of aufguss sessions, scrub rituals and seasonal experiences featuring different scents, themes and techniques. Aufguss is one of our most popular sauna rituals. During an aufguss session, heat, steam, essential oils and music are combined to create a guided sauna experience that stimulates the senses and promotes deep relaxation. The daily programme is always available on the information screens throughout the spa.
Some premium experiences, including Rhassoul, Hammam, scrub rituals, sound baths and special events, require an additional fee. These are clearly marked in the daily programme.
