High above the treetops, on the eighth floor of The Well Hotel, you’ll find Restaurant Mori.

The name Mori 森 means “forest” in Japanese, reflecting both the view and the sense of calm that greets you on arrival. Here, the evening finds its own rhythm, with the forest as a backdrop and the table as a natural gathering place.

Head Chef Riho Kasemets and the team draw inspiration from the flavours, ingredients and techniques of various Asian cuisines, interpreted in Mori’s own way. The result is distinctive flavours and dishes designed for trying something new, sharing around the table and discovering new favourites together.

The menu features small plates, main courses, sushi, snacks and desserts. Stop by for drinks and a few small plates, choose a main course or settle in for an entire evening with several dishes. If you would rather leave the choices to the kitchen, opt for Chef’s Choice. The kitchen will curate a selection of Mori’s finest flavours, served in three rounds.

Mori is made for evenings that deserve to last a little longer. For dinner with friends, a date, a celebration or simply something delicious to drink high above the forest.

Restaurant Mori is located on the eighth floor of the hotel and is therefore not directly connected to the spa. The dress code is smart attire, and bathrobes are not permitted in the restaurant.

Please note that from August 30 - October 15 Mori will be closed due to renovations.
