We tailor a private sauna ritual just for your group.

You're welcome to request specific music, scents, and temperature levels. Our sauna masters can also create a fun and surprising ritual for a truly memorable experience. If you'd like to cool down during the session, a cold break can be included.

Ice Bucket Experience

This is the perfect activity for teams looking to challenge themselves. You'll be guided through a chilling experience as you take an ice bath in our 300-liter tubs filled with fresh water and ice cubes. With temperatures between 2–4°C, it's an adrenaline-pumping way to recharge. Participants are encouraged to stay in the ice bath for about six minutes.

Boot Camp with Personal Trainer

For those seeking a more active experience, we offer intensive training sessions with a personal trainer. These sessions provide an effective and motivating workout suitable for both beginners and more experienced participants.

Oppegård Golf Course is just a stone’s throw from The Well and makes for an excellent group activity. Enjoy a round of golf with colleagues in a beautiful and tranquil setting. The scenic surroundings and well-maintained course offer the perfect experience for both beginners and seasoned players.
