To ensure a calm, safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we have a set of guidelines and a guest agreement.
The guidelines describe how we together create a pleasant atmosphere, while the guest agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your stay.
Our Guidelines
For a calm, hygienic and respectful experience for all:
Hygiene
• Shower without swimwear before entering the spa – use soap and shampoo
• Shower after sauna and steam bath before entering pools
Sauna & steam bath
• Swimwear is not permitted
• Always sit or lie on a towel (including under your feet)
• Rinse your seat in the steam bath before and after use
• Quiet zones – enjoy the silence
Consideration & calm
• Show consideration and keep a respectful distance
• Mobile phones and photography are not permitted
• Sexual activity is strictly prohibited
• Diving or jumping is not allowed
Food & beverage
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted
Dress code
• Only The Well’s own swimwear is permitted
• Please cover yourself when moving around the spa
• Bathrobes must be worn in Brasseriet, the Library Bar and lounges
Tuesday – Swimwear Day
• Swimwear is mandatory throughout the entire facility
Exception: In saunas and steam baths, you may instead cover yourself with a towel or peshtemal
Outdoor area
• In the outdoor area, you may bathe and sunbathe nude. Please show consideration for your surroundings and other guests
Exception: On selected sunbeds (clearly marked) by the main outdoor pool, swimwear is required
Guest Agreement
To access our facilities, all guests must accept the following terms:
Access and age limit
The Well is an adult-only facility with an age limit of 18. In the spa, guests aged 16–17 may visit when accompanied by a parent or guardian. The number of guests per room must not exceed the number stated in the booking.
Identification
Valid identification must be presented upon check-in. This is required for security purposes.
Booking and payment
The person making the booking is financially responsible for the entire stay. Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband used for purchases within the facility. Any outstanding balance will be charged at check-out.
Personal belongings
Personal belongings must be stored in lockers or in your hotel room. The Well is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items.
Security and surveillance
To ensure safety, prevent crime and protect guests, staff and property, The Well uses CCTV in parts of the facility. Recordings are stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Liability and breach of rules
Guests are required to follow our guidelines and applicable laws. Violations may result in removal from the premises without refund, fees, or liability for damages to persons, property or equipment. Serious incidents may be reported to the police.

The Well processes personal data to administer your stay, ensure safety and comply with legal obligations.
