On April 17th, we invite you to a sparkling evening at the top of The Well.

Join us for a night where food and sparkling wine come together in perfect harmony – with views, tranquility, and flavors given time to unfold.

An Evening to Settle Into

The evening begins at 8:00 PM with a glass in hand, before you are served a carefully composed four-course menu in Restaurant Mori. Each course is paired with selected sparkling wines from Exton Park – one of England’s most exciting wine producers. Fresh, elegant, and surprising. This is more than a dinner. It’s a sensory experience, set in the heart of the Nordics’ largest spa.

About the wines

Exton Park produces sparkling wines using the traditional method, with grapes grown on their own vineyard in the south of England. The result is wines with freshness, depth, and character - with a style reminiscent of champagne, yet distinctly their own. With precision, craftsmanship, and a unique terroir, they elevate English sparkling wine to a level that challenges the classics. Created to enhance the dining experience.

Make it a full evening – or a complete escape
For NOK 6,990 for two people, you’re invited to extend the experience with an overnight stay in our peaceful surroundings. Enjoy full access to the spa throughout your stay, an inviting breakfast buffet, and end your visit with Late Spa on Saturday - allowing you to unwind and enjoy the entire day at the spa.
