Sea Salt Detox Scrub
Start your day with a refreshing and cleansing scrub ritual that combines mineral-rich salt with herbs such as peppermint, eucalyptus, thyme or lavender. The scrub exfoliates the skin, boosts circulation and supports the body’s natural detox processes – a perfect energy boost for the rest of the day.
Beauty Ritual
A relaxing facial ritual in the Biosauna with a mild temperature. Guests receive a gentle peeling and face mask, while the sauna master creates a harmonious atmosphere with calming music and essential oils released from ice balls on the stove. This ritual provides glow, hydration and a moment of pure tranquility.
Purifying Aufguss
A deeply cleansing sauna experience that purifies both body and mind. The sauna master fills the room with therapeutic steam from salt and essential oils such as vetiver, eucalyptus, tea tree or citrus. With precise waving techniques, the heat and scent are spread throughout the room for an intense and revitalizing detox effect.
CryoTherapy Detox Scrub
A revitalizing combination of facial peeling, salt scrub and cooling CryoTherapy using ice spheres. The treatment tightens the skin, stimulates circulation and leaves you feeling fresh and re-energized. The ritual ends with a ginger shot for an extra internal boost.
Stretching
A calm, guided stretching session in the Meditation Sauna – the perfect complement to your heat experiences. Duration approximately 20 minutes. Swimwear required.

Want to extend your spa visit? Book a stay and enjoy the complete experience with both spa and accommodation. When you book a stay at The Well, spa access is always included from 12:00 on your arrival day and throughout your entire hotel stay. No spa time reservation is needed!
