The evening begins at 8:00 PM with an aperitif, followed by a carefully curated 4-course dinner paired with 5 exquisite sparkling wines from Exton Park.

About Exton Park

Exton Park Vineyard is a premium producer of English sparkling wine, located in Hampshire in the south of England. The estate was founded by Malcolm Isaac, with the first vines planted in 2003 and a modern winery established in 2011. The producer operates as a single-estate vineyard, meaning that all wines are made exclusively from grapes grown on the estate. This ensures full control over quality, style, and production – from vineyard to finished wine. Exton Park focuses on the classic grape varieties for sparkling wine – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier – grown on chalk-rich soils that provide high acidity and complexity, similar to Champagne.

Includes spa access before dinner, dinner, wine pairings, and coffee with dessert. Also includes late spa on Saturday
