- A thorough body wash in the locker room shower is mandatory before entering the facility. Shower without swimwear.
- You are not required to be naked at The Well, but for hygiene reasons we have specific rules for swimwear use in our saunas and steam baths. Read more about The Naked Truth.
- To avoid body sweat in the pools, everyone must shower naked before and after visiting the sauna and steam bath.
- In saunas with wooden benches, you must sit or lie on a sauna towel so that skin and feet do not come into contact with the wood.
- In steam baths with tiled benches and chairs, please rinse thoroughly with the hose where you have been sitting. You are also encouraged to rinse before sitting down.
- In the lounges, bars, and restaurant, you must wear a bathrobe and slippers.
- It is not permitted to bring towels into the lounges, bars, and restaurant. Please hang them in the designated areas.
