Practical Information

Get ready for a relaxing day at The Well

Check-In

Upon arrival, please check in at the reception. A valid ID is required, and the minimum age is 18 – or 16 when accompanied by a parent.

When you check in, you will receive an electronic wristband. This wristband is used to lock your locker and serves as a payment method during your stay. It must be returned upon check-out.

After check-in, bring your bathrobe, shower and sauna towel, and slippers with you to the changing room.

Changing Room

We have separate changing rooms for women and men. If you do not identify as either or prefer a different solution, you are welcome to speak with the reception to find a changing room option that suits you.

The lockers are electronic and are locked with the wristband you received at check-in. After the changing room, proceed to the showers, where showering without swimwear is required. All showers are equipped with The Well’s signature products: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and facial cleanser. Once finished, put on your bathrobe and slippers, bring your towels, and enter the spa facilities.

Spa Etiquette

Our spa etiquette is based on continental bathing traditions with natural nudity. You are welcome to wear swimwear, *but it is not allowed in saunas and steam baths. In these areas, you may choose to cover yourself with a towel or a pesthemal.

*Every Tuesday is swimwear day, and it is mandatory to wear swimwear throughout the entire spa.

The Well is wheelchair accessible, with easy access to all our facilities. Please contact us if you have specific needs, and we will be happy to assist you.

Hygiene Rules

  • Thorough body washing in the locker room shower is mandatory before entering the spa. Shower without wearing swimwear.
