Totonou – Japanese Style Aufguss
Experience modern Japanese sauna culture with our guest sauna master Haruka from Japan. Totonou means “to become perfectly balanced” and is a meditative sauna ritual combining heat, rhythm and mindfulness in our Japanese bath house on the 3rd floor.

Norwegian Maritime Aufguss
Inspired by Norway’s proud maritime heritage. Through ocean-inspired scents, atmospheric music and waves of heat, this ritual creates a unique sauna experience rooted in Norwegian coastal culture.

Baltic Aufguss
A traditional Baltic sauna ritual inspired by the ancient pirts culture. Fresh birch branches and natural aromas stimulate the senses and leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized.

Polish Aufguss
Polish sauna rituals are known for their dynamic energy, intense heat and impressive towel techniques. Our legendary sauna masters from Poland will guide you through a powerful experience you will not soon forget.

Social Club
For centuries, the sauna has been a place for social connection. During Social Club, guests are invited to enjoy a warm and relaxed sauna experience with storytelling, conversation and a welcoming atmosphere in our Tropical Sauna.

Hurrah Scrub
A fresh and summery body scrub with strawberries and salts that gently exfoliate the skin, leaving it soft, glowing and refreshed. Enriched with vitamin C and moisturizing ingredients for extra nourishment.
