When you’re at The Well, you can choose to dine at one of our two restaurants: Mori or Brasseriet.

Mori is our high-end restaurant offering a dining experience you won’t find anywhere else. Mori is perfect for occasions that call for something extra special, such as a celebration or a pleasant gathering with friends or colleagues. For those who have been in the spa, it can be the perfect way to end your day (just remember to change out of your bathrobe and into your formal attire).

Brasseriet is the ideal restaurant if you’re looking for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Here, you can keep your bathrobe on and enjoy good food and drinks. The menu features French-inspired dishes made with delightful ingredients.

Restaurant Mori sits high above the treetops on the eighth floor, at the top of the hotel. The name comes from Japanese and means "Forest," reflecting the unique view you get from Mori's terrace.

Together with his team, Head Chef Richard Bocarro creates a range of exciting dishes inspired by Asian flavors and wild-grown, local ingredients. Choose between the Mori Signature and Mori Izakaya menus. The Signature menu offers an exclusive 5- or 7-course experience, while the Izakaya menu gives you the freedom to select from our delicious small dishes – perfect if you're in the mood for just a few light bites!

Please note that the choice of menu applies to the entire table.

Brasseriet

On the third floor, you will find Brasseriet. Here, you can enjoy a flavorful meal inspired by French cuisine in a cozy setting adorned with artwork and sculptures.

Served in Brasseriet Monday - Friday from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM and Saturday - Sunday from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Would you like breakfast in bed? See the menu here.

Takeaway Breakfast
If you don’t have time for breakfast on your departure day, you can order a breakfast to go from the hotel reception the evening before. Place your order by 7:00 PM and pick it up at checkout.
