At the top of The Well, you’ll find Restaurant Mori with a beautiful view of the forest.
Mori 森 means “forest” in Japanese — a symbol of tranquility, harmony, and the delicate balance between humans and nature. This philosophy lies at the heart of the restaurant: a small ecosystem of flavor, calm, and presence, created in unison by the chefs, the ingredients, the service team, and our guests.
Head Chef Riho Kasemets and his team craft an Asian-inspired menu built around local and wild ingredients. Sharing-dishes make the meal a social experience, while our sommeliers are delighted to guide you to the perfect wine from our extensive list. We tailor the experience to your preferences.
In 2024, Mori was awarded the “White Star” by the international Star Wine List guide, which honors the world’s finest wine bars and wine-focused restaurants.
With us, you can choose between a set menu of either 5 or 7 courses – a culinary journey inspired by the modern Japanese kitchen. If you prefer a more casual and varied experience, we also offer our izakaya menu with small dishes to share.
To accompany the food, we have a carefully curated wine list with both classic and exciting natural wines, perfectly paired to our flavors.
You can reserve the entire restaurant for your event.
Here you and your guests will enjoy a calm and private atmosphere with personalized service. Our team takes care of every detail from start to finish. We are happy to adapt the menu to your wishes so the evening turns out exactly as you want it.
