Get ready for a relaxing day at The Well
Upon arrival, please check in at the spa reception. All guests must accept our guest agreement prior to check-in.
Valid identification is required, meaning you must present valid ID when checking in to the spa. Accepted forms of ID include a digital driver’s licence, or a physical ID card or driver’s licence. The age limit for our spa is 18. Guests aged 16–17 may visit when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
When you check in, you will receive an electronic wristband. This wristband is used to lock your locker and serves as a payment method during your stay. It must be returned upon check-out.
After check-in, bring your bathrobe, shower and sauna towel, and slippers with you to the changing room.
Please note that around 10 AM and 5 PM the spa reception is usually at its busiest. Some waiting time at check-in may occur during these periods. Our team always does their best to welcome and assist all guests in a smooth and pleasant way.
We have separate changing rooms for women and men. If you do not identify as either or prefer a different solution, you are welcome to speak with the reception to find a changing room option that suits you.
The lockers are electronic and are locked with the wristband you received at check-in. After the changing room, proceed to the showers, where showering without swimwear is required. All showers are equipped with The Well’s signature products: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and facial cleanser. Once finished, put on your bathrobe and slippers, bring your towels, and enter the spa facilities.
Our spa etiquette is based on continental bathing traditions where natural nudity is part of the experience. You are welcome to wear swimwear, but it is not permitted in saunas and steam baths. In these areas, you may choose to cover yourself with a towel or a peshtemal.
Every Tuesday is Swimwear Day, when wearing swimwear is mandatory throughout the entire spa. In saunas and steam baths, you may choose to wear swimwear or cover yourself with a towel or peshtemal.
The Well is accessible for wheelchair users, with easy access to our facilities. Please contact us if you have any specific needs—we are happy to assist you.
