The feeling of constantly needing to be online makes many of us crave a break. Whether consciously or unconsciously, we're logged in and available nearly around the clock.

At The Well Spa, we offer Digital Detox. Simply put, phones are not allowed inside the spa facility. Here, you check into your own world and disconnect from constant availability. This way, you become more present in the moment and avoid the numerous interruptions that occur throughout the day.

Many of us check our phones every five minutes, get stressed when it's not nearby, or stay up late because we're engaged with it. This can lead to increased stress, poorer sleep, often without us realizing it. While we prioritize our physical health, we may not consider the long-term effects of always being "online". Stress, screen light, poorer sleep quality, decreased focus – these are all contributing factors.

Giving yourself a mental break is crucial for self-care. Allow yourself time to just be, relax, and enjoy the peace. Whether with a loved one or alone, there's something liberating about disconnecting from the rest of the world for a few hours. Your mind can wander to places far from the busy everyday, and it also gets a chance to rest. Sometimes it's not about thinking too much, but simply enjoying the relaxing atmosphere with warmth, steam, tranquility, and relaxation.
