It is imporant for us that you feel comfortable as our guest. At The Well you are not required to bathe naked - and on Tuesdays swimwear is obligated - but we do have some important rules for well-being and hygiene all guests have to follow.
Vi har en rekke spennende ritualer som arrangeres i badstuene og dampbadene på The Well hver dag. Ritualene er hentet fra badetradisjoner over hele verden.
For å delta på våre gratis-ritualer trenger du bare å møte opp ved saunaen som ritualet arrangeres i ca. 10 minutter før oppstart. Påmelding til betalte ritualer gjøres i Naturli' Wellness Lounge eller ved innsjekk.

We have a large selection of treatments at The Well, ranging from classic massages, facials, exfoliating body scrubs, Hot Stone massages and exclusive rituals with crystals that give peace to body and soul. Please contact us per email on post@thewell.no or call us at+47 480 44 888 to add a treatment to your stay. If you book a treatment online you have to pay upfront.
We aim to serve tasteful, energizing and healthy food, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
At restaurant Mori we welcome you to a culinary experience that stimulates more than just the sense of taste. We serve a wide range of Asian fusion specialties that are guaranteed to please every dinner guest.
At Brasseriet, our spa restaurant, you can enjoy a meal inspired by French cuisine in a quiet and relaxing setting. On the ground floor we serve 100 % plant based food in our Naturli'® Wellness Lounge.

The Well has 142 parking spaces, of which 12 parking spaces are for electric cars, in addition to 4 disabled parking spaces.
We charge for parking. There are also good public transport options for your visit to us.
The Well is handicap accessible both in the spa and in public areas. There is a lift in the Wellness Pool, and you can move between the floors by lift. We also have wheelchairs that can withstand water and heat.
