Operational information

We regularly update information about closed attractions or planned closures due to maintenance. Temporary closures of attractions for maintenance or other reasons may also occur without being listed on this page.

• Friday, February 21: The Finnish sauna will be closed until approximately 11:00 AM due to oven replacement.
• Tuesday, February 25: The Japanese department on the 3rd floor will be closed from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM due to a private event.
• Wednesday, February 26: The Outdoor Warpool will be closed for scheduled cleaning. It will reopen around 4:00 PM
• Thursday, February 27: Some attractions will be closed for periods of 30–60 minutes due to a photoshoot until 3:00 PM.

For safety reasons, all or parts of the outdoor areas may be closed during periods of challenging weather conditions.
