Operational information

We regularly update information regarding closed attractions or planned closures due to maintenance. Temporary closures due to maintenance or other reasons may also occur without being listed on this page.

• Week 18 - 21: One of the outdoor jacuzzis will be closed due to reconstruction of steps and installation of heating cables.
• Wednesday, April 23: The hot pool and Onsen will be closed until approximately 4:00 PM due to routine cleaning.

For safety reasons, all or parts of the outdoor areas may be closed during periods of challenging weather conditions.
