What should we bring for a day spa?
We provide towels, bathrobes, and slippers for you to use during your visit. In the showers, you’ll find body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and facial cleanser. If you prefer to wear swimwear, you’ll need to purchase The Well’s own swimwear, which can be reused on future visits. Feel free to bring a book if you like!
What is the age limit at The Well?
The age limit at The Well is 18 years, but 16 years when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Can I use my own swimwear?
In our pools, it’s entirely up to you whether you want to swim with or without swimwear*—both are perfectly acceptable! However, only The Well's specially designed swimwear is allowed. This swimwear is designed to dry quickly, reducing water spills. You can purchase swimwear at the reception, and it can be used on future visits.
What is Swimwear Tuesday?*
Do you prefer to wear swimwear in the sauna and steam bath? Then choose a Tuesday and experience how comfortable and relaxing a wellness day at The Well can be. Tuesday is Swimwear Day, where wearing swimwear is mandatory throughout the entire spa facility.
What are rituals?
Every day, we offer a diverse program of sauna rituals. Our sauna masters guide you through an experience of heat, essential oils, and music in various saunas. You can always find the day’s schedule displayed on screens within the spa. We highly recommend trying out several of these rituals!
Can I bring my phone into the spa?
The Well Spa is a Digital Detox zone. This means that phones are not allowed inside the spa facility. Here, the focus is on checking into your own world and disconnecting from constant accessibility. This helps you stay present in the moment and avoids the many interruptions that typically occur throughout the day.

When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
When do we have access to the spa on the day of arrival?
You have access to the spa from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival and throughout your hotel stay. If you would like spa access for the entire day of departure, it can easily be upgraded for NOK 295 per person.
Do you offer rooms where dogs are allowed?
Dogs are more than welcome at our hotel. There is an additional fee of NOK 350 for small dogs and NOK 750 for large dogs (10kg+), covering extra cleaning. Dogs are only permitted in rooms on the 3rd floor and in select room categories: Signature, Signature Cove, Superior Corner Suite, and Superior Suite.
Do you have parking?
The Well has 142 parking spaces and 2 handicap spots located just outside the facility. Tesla offers electric vehicle charging at The Well, with type 2 chargers. Pricing and information can be found in the Tesla app. The chargers are available for all car brands that use a type 2 charging cable.
When you drive in, your car is automatically registered via license plate recognition. You can easily pay for parking using the EasyPark app, a payment terminal, or at Autopay.io. Parking is free for 30 minutes for drop-off and pick-up. After this, the cost is 50 NOK per hour. There is also a maximum charge, so you won’t pay more than 200 NOK for parking up to 12 hours, and 300 NOK for parking up to 24 hours (subject to price changes)
Do you have a luggage room?
We have a luggage room at the hotel reception where we can store your bags while you enjoy the spa before checking into your hotel room.
