What should we bring for a day spa?
We provide towels, bathrobes, and slippers for you to use during your visit. In the showers, you’ll find body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and facial cleanser. If you prefer to wear swimwear, you’ll need to purchase The Well’s own swimwear, which can be reused on future visits. Feel free to bring a book if you like!
What is the age limit at The Well?
The age limit at The Well is 18 years, but 16 years when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Can I use my own swimwear?
In our pools, it’s entirely up to you whether you want to swim with or without swimwear*—both are perfectly acceptable! However, only The Well's specially designed swimwear is allowed. This swimwear is designed to dry quickly, reducing water spills. You can purchase swimwear at the reception, and it can be used on future visits.
What is Swimwear Tuesday?*
Do you prefer to wear swimwear in the sauna and steam bath? Then choose a Tuesday and experience how comfortable and relaxing a wellness day at The Well can be. Tuesday is Swimwear Day, where wearing swimwear is mandatory throughout the entire spa facility.
What are rituals?
Every day, we offer a diverse program of sauna rituals. Our sauna masters guide you through an experience of heat, essential oils, and music in various saunas. You can always find the day’s schedule displayed on screens within the spa. We highly recommend trying out several of these rituals!
Can I bring my phone into the spa?
The Well Spa is a Digital Detox zone. This means that phones are not allowed inside the spa facility. Here, the focus is on checking into your own world and disconnecting from constant accessibility. This helps you stay present in the moment and avoids the many interruptions that typically occur throughout the day.

When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
When do we have access to the spa on the day of arrival?
You have access to the spa from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival and throughout your entire hotel stay. If you wish to enjoy the spa on your departure day as well, you can easily upgrade for NOK 295 per person.
Do you offer pet-friendly rooms?
Dogs are warmly welcomed here. There is an additional charge of NOK 350 for small dogs and NOK 750 for large dogs (10kg+) to cover extra cleaning. Dogs are only allowed in rooms on the 3rd floor. Pets are permitted in certain room categories: Signature, Superior Corner Suite, and Superior Suite.
Do you have parking?
The Well offers 142 parking spaces and 2 handicapped spaces right outside the facility. Tesla provides charging stations for electric vehicles at The Well, where you can charge using Type 2 chargers. Prices and information can be found in the Tesla app. The chargers are available for all car brands that can use Type 2 charging cables.
Do you have a luggage room?
We have a luggage room at the hotel reception where we can store your belongings while you enjoy the spa before checking into your hotel room.
