We strive to provide our customers with a safe and comfortable experience. To ensure the treatment is suitable for everyone, we do not perform foot care on feet with medical conditions that may require specialized treatment. This includes:

 - Wounds, infections, or athlete’s foot
 - Diabetes-related foot complications
 - Inflamed ingrown nails
 - Skin conditions or other medical issues requiring treatment by a podiatrist or doctor
