We want to provide our customers with a safe and pleasant experience. To ensure that the treatment is suitable for everyone, we do not perform foot care on feet with medical conditions that may require special treatment. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Wounds, infections, or athlete's foot
- Diabetes-related foot injuries
- Inflamed ingrown nails
- Skin diseases or other medical conditions requiring treatment by a foot therapist or doctor
