We tailor a private sauna ritual just for you.
You are welcome to request specific music, scents, and temperature. Our sauna masters can also create a fun and surprising ritual that will be memorable. If you wish to cool down during the session, a cold break can be included in the ritual.

This is the activity for the group that wants to challenge themselves. You will be guided through an ice-cold experience, taking ice baths in our 300-liter tubs filled with fresh water and ice cubes. The water temperature is no more than 2–4 degrees Celsius, giving you a refreshing adrenaline kick as a bonus. Participants are challenged to sit in the ice bath for about six minutes.
