When you are at The Well, you can dine at one of our two restaurants: Mori or Brasseriet.
Mori is our high-end restaurant that offers a culinary experience you won’t find anywhere else. Mori is perfect for occasions that require something extra special, such as a full-day meeting where good conversation is key.
If you prefer a relaxed lunch or dinner, Brasseriet is ideal for the occasion. The menu features French-inspired delights made with exquisite ingredients.
Restaurant Mori
Restaurant Mori, perched high above the treetops at the top of The Well, takes guests on a flavorful journey through Asian tastes and local ingredients.
Head Chef Richard Bocarro and his team have crafted a series of captivating dishes designed to be shared at the table, creating a unique atmosphere. Inspired by Japanese culture and surrounded by the tranquility of the forest, Restaurant Mori is not just a culinary experience but also a tribute to the beauty of nature.

Tuesday to Thursday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Last kitchen order at 9:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM | Last kitchen order at 9:30 PM
Saturday: 5:00 PM - 12:30 AM | Last kitchen order at 10:00 PM
Mori is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Brasseriet
For a relaxed atmosphere, we recommend visiting Brasseriet. Head Chef Lena Ottesen is a master at combining ingredients to create fresh and unexpected flavors in familiar and beloved dishes. Some of the dishes you’ll find on the menu include delicate salads, pizza, and the catch of the day.

Biblioteket Bar
Biblioteket Bar is the perfect place for a drink, whether alone or in good company. The bar is beautifully adorned with artwork by Ludvig Eikaas, Bruce Weber, Peder Mønsted, Gustav Mordt, and Morten Krogvold.
Biblioteket Bar is located just above the hotel reception. No table reservation necessary.
